Siri Softech Solutions ("we", "our") operates the GST Calculator mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require registration and does not collect your name, email, or phone number. Data you enter in the App:

• Calculator inputs (GST amounts, EMI/SIP/FD values, income tax figures) are processed on your device only and are not transmitted to us.
• Invoice data (business details, party names, GSTIN, bank details, items) is stored locally on your device using app storage. We do not have access to this data. Deleting the App deletes this data.
• GSTIN search queries are sent to a third-party GST verification service (Sandbox by Quicko) to fetch publicly available GST registration details from Government records. We do not store these queries on our servers.

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device information such as advertising ID, IP address, and app usage data to show personalized or non-personalized ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Invoice and calculator data never leaves your device except when you explicitly use the Share feature.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is a business/finance utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping your device secure with a screen lock.

7. Disclaimer

GST rates, HSN codes, tax slabs, and due dates shown in the App are for general reference only. Always verify with official CBIC/GST portal notifications or a qualified tax professional before making decisions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
